Real Estate Services
The Real Estate & Property Management Department provides the following services:

1. Prepares contracts, monitors and directs the appraisal, acquisition and disposition of real estate, including but not limited to the negotiation, contract, and closing of real estate transactions for various City departments in accordance with City policy.

2. Prepares contracts, monitors and manages the appraisal, acquisition and disposition of City-owned real estates under Florida Statute 163

3. Initiates, monitors and directs payments for real estate related services, including but not limited to appraisals, real estate closings, demolitions, and environmental inspections.

The primary goal of our Facility Management group is to provide the most cost-effective means of operation to meet the needs and requirements of the facility and to maintain standards of service consistent with top industry standards. We maintain a proactive approach to operations and strive to anticipate the needs of our clients and the operating demands of the facility. Our goal is to provide a responsive and quality operation while providing the owner with maximum financial and facility benefits.
